The Myrna Method is different from other diets I’ve tried, like Keto and paleo, mainly because it’s not restrictive. Once you understand how to balance your meals there is a ton of flexibility in what you can eat. Things you wouldn’t normally be able to eat on other diets, like clam chowder, pizza, grits with eggs on toast, pasta, and even some desserts, you can enjoy as long as you balance it. I couldn’t stick to other diets due to not being able to eat 90% of the food I liked. I’ve had rapid weight loss comparable to going Keto while eating generally the same foods I normally eat with only a few adjustments. I also don’t have to feel like I’m punishing my body by going through keto flu or not feeling satisfied. It honestly should be a crime that most people don’t know about this yet.
